  • Respect and dignity at all times
  • A safe and clean workplace
  • Access to drinking water
  • Restroom access during the shift
  • Reasonable meal & rest breaks
  • Clear instructions and fair treatment
  • Pay only through Jasmine Crew — never through informal channels

Customer Expectations

By booking any Jasmine Crew service, you agree to:

  • Treat the worker as you would a family member
  • Maintain calm, respectful communication
  • Provide a safe working environment free of hazards
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or unsafe demands
  • Limit work to the agreed scope and skill category
  • Pay only through Jasmine Crew — no direct hiring or poaching

Enforcement

Jasmine Crew takes worker welfare seriously. The following will result in suspension or termination of service:

  • Verbal or physical abuse of any kind
  • Harassment or discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, or origin
  • Demands for unsafe, illegal, or out-of-scope work
  • Withholding food, water, or breaks
  • Direct hiring or attempting to bypass Jasmine Crew for payment

If you witness or experience anything that violates this policy, contact Jasmine Crew immediately. All reports are taken seriously and reviewed within 24 hours.
