- A safe and clean workplace
- Access to drinking water
- Restroom access during the shift
- Reasonable meal & rest breaks
- Clear instructions and fair treatment
- Pay only through Jasmine Crew — never through informal channels
Customer Expectations
By booking any Jasmine Crew service, you agree to:
- Treat the worker as you would a family member
- Maintain calm, respectful communication
- Provide a safe working environment free of hazards
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or unsafe demands
- Limit work to the agreed scope and skill category
- Pay only through Jasmine Crew — no direct hiring or poaching
Enforcement
Jasmine Crew takes worker welfare seriously. The following will result in suspension or termination of service:
- Verbal or physical abuse of any kind
- Harassment or discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, or origin
- Demands for unsafe, illegal, or out-of-scope work
- Withholding food, water, or breaks
- Direct hiring or attempting to bypass Jasmine Crew for payment
