By booking any service through Jasmine Crew, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.
Worker Respect Policy
Every worker must be treated with dignity, safety, and respect. Customers agree to safe working conditions, drinking water, restroom access, meal & rest breaks, and respectful communication. Verbal/physical abuse, harassment, unsafe work, and direct hiring are strictly not allowed.

All bookings are subject to worker availability. Confirmation is sent after the request is accepted by our team. Customers must provide accurate address, contact, and service details.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 24+ hours before service — 90% refund
- Cancel 6–24 hours before service — 50% refund
- Cancel under 6 hours before service — no refund
- Worker unavailable — full refund or free reschedule
Replacement Policy (Monthly Staff)
- One free replacement within the first 7 days
- Replacement subject to availability
- Misconduct by the customer voids the replacement guarantee
Payment Terms
Service payments are upfront via Jasmine Crew-approved methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash payments are not allowed on the first booking. Invoices are generated for every confirmed booking.
Non-Poaching Clause
Customers may not directly hire, contract, or poach a Jasmine Crew worker outside of the platform during, or for 6 months after, any booking. This protects both worker welfare and platform integrity.
Liability Disclaimer
Jasmine Crew verifies workers to the best of its ability but is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries beyond the scope of the booked service. Customers should secure valuables. Workers are covered for safety incidents as per platform policy.
Service Limitations
Workers will only perform tasks within their stated skill category and the agreed scope of work. Requests for unrelated, illegal, or unsafe work will be refused.
Emergency Contact
For any issues during a service — safety, conduct, or no-show — contact Jasmine Crew support immediately so we can intervene and, if needed, dispatch a replacement.
