- Police verification is available on request and is coordinated by Jasmine Crew with the relevant local station. We share the issued report with you directly.
- How long does verification usually take?
- Standard document and reference checks take 2–5 working days. Police verification can take 1–3 weeks depending on the station.
- Can I request re-verification for an existing worker?
- Yes. Reach out to us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will re-run the document and reference checks.
- What documents do you keep on file?
- We retain a copy of Aadhaar, address proof, photograph and reference notes in a secured worker record. Originals always stay with the worker.
- Can I see the worker's profile before deployment?
- Yes. Once we shortlist a worker for you, we share a brief profile with experience, languages and verification status before the placement is confirmed.
- What if the worker does not show up?
- Tell us within the first hour and we send a replacement the same day wherever operationally feasible.
