Replacement first

If a placed worker is unsatisfactory, we work to send a replacement before any refund discussion. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

Cancellation

You may cancel a one-time booking before the worker is dispatched at no charge. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a partial fee.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
